Crans Montana forum to set out its 9th annual session from Dakhla, Morocco

The Moroccan city Dakhla will have the honor to host the 9th annual session of the prestigious Crans Montana Forum scheduled to take place on March 4-6, 2015.

“Africa and South-South Cooperation South” is the theme for the 2015 annual session, a special meeting intended to be “an opportunity to promote peace and dialogue”, Jean-Paul Carteron, president of the Forum told MAP.

The choice of Dakhla was motivated in regards to being a model for the future of Morocco and Africa and for its outstanding strategic position as an economic and commercial hub”, he added.

The forum, which will be held under the high patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, will bring together heads of states and governments, ministers, MPs and businesses from all over the world, but more particularly from Africa, the Arab world, central Asia and south America in order to tackle the major challenges and opportunities for Africa as well as to promote the South-South cooperation.
