The Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME) organized Thursday 17 November 2016 at the COP22 Green Zone, an Innovation space dedicated to firms and Civil Society, a demonstration of the Project "Light us".
The ambition of "Light us", a photovoltaic torch, invented by the Moroccan Intelligence and Public Affairs Institute (MIPAI) is to encourage people to get intersted in sustainable development. The Projce has been realized in partnership with the CCME.
Young French founders from moroccan origin and and their MIPAI team brought the torch from Paris (COP21) to Marrakech (COP22) in electric and hybrid vehicles. Powered by solar energy. The photovoltaic torch passed the relay, as a witness, to the Moroccan team of the COP22.
The Mipai Institute is a think tank whose actions aim to produce and disseminate economic solutions designed to help Morocco, its institutions and its firms in their development.
