Agadir: The International Film Festival « Cinema and migrations » awards the movie "Black"

The International Film Festival of Agadir "Cinema and Migration" organized in partnership with the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME) clesed its doors on Saturday, November 19, 2016. The movie "Black" realized by the belgian Moroccans Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah received the first prize and the prize for the first female role, Martha Canga Antonio.

Nadia Niazi and Narjiss Nejjar ( Morocco), the actor Greg Orvis and the Senegalese director Moussa Touré, under the presidency of producer-director Kramo-Lancinante Fadika, awarded Philippe Faucon's screenplay for "Fatima" .

The Award for the best male role went ex aequo to Aziz Dades and Avishay Benazra for their performance in "The Midnight Orchestra". The award for best director went to the French filmmaker Fabianny Descamps for her film "Isola".

Ivory Coast, was the guest country of Honour in the 2016 edition of the International Film festival "Cinema and migrations" in Agadir. An important delegation composed the Ivory Coast, including the chairman of the feature film jury and representatives of the Ivorian Ministry of Culture.

Two other movies participated to this edition of the festival: "Wariko, the jackpot", directed by Fadika in 1993 and the film of Jacques Trabi, "Sans regret".
