The Faculty of Law, Economic and Social Sciences of the University Mohammed V in Rabat and the Council of the Moroccan Community living Abroad (CCME) are organizing, Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 15 am, within the university, the presentation of the book "The Legal Status of Moroccans Living Abroad"realized by the Council.
The 600 pages book prefaced by Mr. Abdellah Boussouf, Secretary General of the CCME is coordinated by Mr. Mohammed Benyahya, professor at the Mohammed V University of Rabat.
The five main subjects of the book are : "Domestic Law and International Law", "Bilateral Conventions and Agreements Concerning the Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Investments", "Bilateral conventions and agreements against double assessment and the prevention against tax evasion", "Bilateral Conventions and Agreements on Judicial Cooperation" and "Bilateral conventions and agreements on employment, social security".
