Exhibition: The Moroccan-living together is an answer to extremism (Mr Abdellah Boussouf)

The opening of the exhibition « Christians in Morocco : living-together » took place on first spring’s day (20 March 2019), at the Direction of Morocco’s Archives in Rabat. 

Organized by the Direction of Morocco’s Archives organizes in partnership with the Council of the Moroccan Community living abroad from 20 march to 30 may 2019 under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the one month long exhibition is  an invitation to travel into Morocco’s history until the reign of the Almohades Dynasty. The purpose being to rediscover the origins of the Moroccan Identity, its plurality, tolerance and living-togeter.

Eminent paricipants assisted to the exhibition : Mr. Omar Azziman, adviser to His Majesty Mohammed VI, members representing the christian churches in Morocco,Mr Jamaâ Baida, Chief executive of the Direction of Morocco’s Archives, Mr Abdellah Boussouf, Secretary general of the council of the Moroccan Community living Abroad (CCME)  The Archbishop of Rabat, Mr Cristóbal López Romero and Mr Manuel Costo of the Secular Franciscan fraternity in Morocco, 

The participants delivered speeches on the unique Moroccan living together.
