The reissue of this book, Tangier: Fortunes and Misfortunes of a City, was essential. First published in 2008, this work, long out of print, has continued to generate keen interest among readers and researchers. Thus, the author and the publisher decided to bring it up to date by updating the information and analyzing the transformations in the urban space that Tangier has undergone over the past twenty years.
