The Council of the Moroccan Community Living Abroad (CCME) and the Ministry of Moroccans Residing Abroad and Migration Affairs signed, Friday, December 22, 2017 in the city of Ifrane, an agreement to launch a qualification program aiming to help young Moroccans living abroad to plead the cause of the Moroccan Sahara.

The Council of the Moroccan Community Living Abroad (CCME) received Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the the Council in Rabat, a delegation of young Moroccans from the United States led by Mr. Boubker Abisourour, head of the Academy Ibn Khaldoun in Washington.The academy teaches the Arabic language and Moroccan culture.
