The Council of the Moroccan Community Living Abroad (CCME) received Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the the Council in Rabat, a delegation of young Moroccans from the United States led by Mr. Boubker Abisourour, head of the Academy Ibn Khaldoun in Washington.The academy teaches the Arabic language and Moroccan culture.

Adopted by the United Nations in 2000, the 18 December intends to raise awareness about migrant rights in the world.

 Mr. Abdellah Boussouf, Secretary General of the Council of the Moroccan Community living Abroad (CCME), received Friday, December 15, 2017 at the Council in Rabat, Mr. Khalid Mahmood, member of the British Parliament (Labor Party) and Mr Perry Barr of the constituency (Birmingham).  Several issues related to the Moroccan and Muslim community in Britain have been discussed.

Mr Trump, unlike the former US presidents had avoided the question of Jerusalem , given the complexity and danger of such a decision, Mr. Trump announced Jerusalem capital of Israel on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 .

HM King Mohammed VI, Chairman of Al Quds Committee, sent a message to president of the United States of America Donald Trump.

The US Mission to the United Nations informed the UN Secretary-General that the country is ending its participation in the Global Compact on Migration, announced a statement Saturday 2 décember 2017.

HM King Mohammed VI sent on Wednesday 29 november 2017, a message to the 5th African Union-European Union Summit in Abidjan in his capacity as Leader of the African Union on the Migration Issue.

The Council of the Moroccan Community living Abroad (CCME) took part to a round table on the « role of Moroccan cultural operators living abroad in national cultural development” Friday, November 24, 2017 at the Villa des Arts in Rabat. The meeting was organized within the “Visa for music” festival, held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

The European Council of Moroccan Ulema (CEOM) organized a meeting on Saturday, 25 November 2017 in Brussels on “the role of the imam in the European context: within current challenges and future challenges”. Some 150 imams from different European countries intended the meeting.

The “Youth Forum for the Promotion of the culture of peace”, was organized 22 November 2017, in the city of Fez, by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in partnership with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Citizenship Forum. The meeting was attended by Mr Mustapha Al-Mourabit, delegate of the Council of the Moroccan Community Living Abroad (CCME), in a seminar on “young people and the avoidance of violent extremism”. He offered an analyzis on the theme :”Migration, dual affiliation and extremism”. Mr El-Mourabit  questionned the discursive latitude of the phrasing  « extremism, terrorism, violence, fundamentalism » and various other terms…
