President Barack Obama visited,  on Wednesday 3 february 2016, the U.S mosque of Baltimore in a context of growing Islamophobia. It is the first visit to a mosque of the american president, since his endorsment 7 years ago. 

The Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME), the European Council of Moroccan Ulemas and the German Goethe Institute, have signed on 15 January 2016, in the Belgian capital, Brussels, an agreement for the training of imams Germany on German language.

The second consultative meeting organized by the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME) was dedicated on December 13, 2015, to “Academic research on Moroccan Islam and the Moroccan community in Europe.”

A delegation of american-moroccan origin was received by M.Abdellah Boussouf, Secretary General of the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME) Monday, December 14, 2015, at the Council, in Rabat.

The conference of the consultative meeting on the Moroccan community and religious issues in Europe has opened Saturday, December 12, 2015 in Rabat. Organized by the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME), the event was marked by the  speech ofM.Abdellah Boussouf, the Secretary General of the Council.

Mr. Abdellah Boussouf , Secretary General of the Council for the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME),  said in a recent interview with the moroccan daily paper « Akhbar El Youm » that the biggest challenge facing female Moroccan migrants in Gulf countries is stereotyping propagandized and propagated by the media, which overlook the women talents in these countries, who are ambassadors and role models in the countries of residence.

The first round of the regional elections, which took place in France on Sunday December 6th 2015, has set the National Front party, led by Marine le Pen, ahead of the traditional republican parties.

Migration is at the heart of interest for the key competing parties in the Spanish parliamentary elections, scheduled on 20 December 2015. The Spanish parties dedicated a considerable part to present their proposals, during the official launch of the election campaign.
