Rabat, December 3, 2025– The Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME) announces the official launch of its new intelligent virtual assistant, ‘Goul-IA’ (Tell me), an interactive multilingual chatbot that can be queried and respond in different languages to questions specific to Moroccans worldwide. Accessible online via the CCME website (www.ccme.org.ma), this digital service offers clear, up-to-date, and real-time responses to the most frequently asked requests by members of the Moroccan community abroad.
Goul-IA covers a wide range of topics, such as family law, real estate law, taxation, investment, retirement, and various other administrative procedures. Designed to simplify access to information, this interactive tool, whose content is verified by two Moroccan lawyers from Morocco and France and conforms to the requirements of the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP), provides continuous, rapid and accessible assistance 24/7, worldwide.
This chatbot is the culmination of an extensive analysis of the numerous grievances and requests for information received by the Council over recent years. It is part of the digital transformation initiative undertaken by the CCME and demonstrates the institution’s commitment to making public information more accessible and closer to Moroccans of the World, through an inclusive and multilingual approach.
Goul-IA also aims to strengthen the bond between Morocco and its citizens by creating a dynamic digital bridge, adapted to the expectations of an increasingly connected and demanding community.
The CCME invites all Moroccans living abroadas well as its partners to test this tool, currently in its experimental phase, and to share their feedback. These contributions are essential to ensure the continuous improvement of this service.
