A new guidebook on the rights of the Moroccan community in France

The Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans living abroad has published a guidebook detailing the rights of the Moroccan community in France.

This practical manual, published in collaboration with the Information Group and immigrant support (GISTI) entitled "Rights of Moroccans in France," is presented in five chapters: the entry into France, the right of residence, Health insurance, retirement and disability and provides some useful addresses and contacts.

Written in French, this work aims to offer answers to various issues related to living in France. It gives a description of the steps to be taken depending on the case (...), the requirements for these approaches and the documents needed. In addition, the guidebook suggests tips and draws attention to some details of certain procedures as "obtaining the retirement card".

Topics covered include family reunification, the three routes of access to health insurance, basic pension, supplementary pensions, and rights of the spouse in case of death of the insured...
