Under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the International Publishing and Book Fair (SIEL) opened its doors Thursday, February 12, 2015 for a period of ten days, with the participation of the Council of the Moroccan Community abroad (CCME).
The inauguration of the Book Fair was given by the Head of Government Abdelilah Benkirane, the Minister of Culture Mr. Mohamed Amine Sbihi and some members of the government, together with a Palestinian delegation led by Mr. Yahia Yakhlef, Advisor to the Palestinian President.
On this occasion, Mr. Abdellah Boussouf, General Secretary of CCME received the delegation at the lodge held by the Council under the theme "Migration, Diversity, Citizenship: the challenge of living together."
One hundred participants, researchers, writers, philosophers and journalists from around the world will take part in the activities of the CCME, which participates in the book fair (SIEL) for the 7th consecutive time.
