France: Audrey Azoulay appointed Minister of Culture and Communication

Audrey Azoulay, 43, was appointed minister of culture and communication, February 11, 2016, following the cabinet reshuffle in France. Councilor of François Hollande in charge of Culture and Communication, Audrey Azoulay is the daughter of Mr. André Azoulay, HM the King adviser.

Audrey Azoulay is little known in the sphere of politics, but a close collaborator of the French president Francois Hollande., "Enarque",she worked in the National Film Centre (CNC), which she joined in 2006 as CFO, before becoming, the number two of the organization in charge of the aid system for movies in 2014.

The new minister is a graduate of the promotion Averroes in 2000 and holds Masters in Management from the prestigious Paris Dauphine University and the British Lancaster.

After serving as a magistrate at the Court of Auditors, she occupied several fields in the media Directorate of the French Ministry of Culture.
