Tetouan: tribute to the Moroccan-spanish footbal player Ashraf Hakimi

A tribute was paid to Hakim Ashraf, international moroccan football player as well as player for the Spanish club Real Madrid, July 9, 2018 in the northen city of Tetouan at the end of the Days of the football training campus. 

Mr. Mohamed Haidour, member of the Council of the Moroccan Community living Abroad (CCME), said that this tribute "expresses our pride for Ashraf Hakimi and through him the pride of all the young Moroccans living abroad who emerge in the societies in which they live and their bond to Morocco.

« Achraf Hakimi is one of those Moroccan skills who contribute to a better image of Morocco throughout the world », he said. He added: »  Hakimi is able of great achievements thanks to his talent » (football).

Mr Hakim Ashraf, for his part,said he was delighted for this tribute and thankful to Morocco. 

For his part, the Vice-President of the Tetouan Real Madrid Association, Mr. Anas Sordo, congratulated Achraf Hakimi for his reward, being the first Moroccan and Arab player to play for Real Madrid and thanked Ashraf’s family role in his evolution as a player and his attachment to his country of origin.

The event was organized in partnership with the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME), the Tetouan Real Madrid association and the Mghara Rbahi Foundation.
