The Arab-American Cultural and Community Center (ACC) celebrates in partnership with the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME), its 21st anniversary on October 11, 2014 in Houston (Texas).
The Moroccan culture and the people of Morocco are honored in this event that showcases Arab and American cultures. The ACC announced on its website "to be particularly pleased to discover the culture and the people of Morocco at this annual gala to mark its 21st anniversary."
The event includes a traditional Moroccan fashion show, a music concert performed by Moroccan artist Saida Sharaf and an exhibition of the Moroccan craftsmanship.
The Arab-American Cultural and Community Center is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to support the Arab community in the state of Texas in particular through cultural programs.
