The Council of the Moroccan Community living Abroad (CCME) participated in the Annual Meeting of the United Nations Academic Council (ACUNS) on "Migration, Human Rights and Global Governance", from 12 to 14 July 2018, organized in partnership with LUISS Guido Carli University, in the city of Rome. 

A tribute was paid to Hakim Ashraf, international moroccan football player as well as player for the Spanish club Real Madrid, July 9, 2018 in the northen city of Tetouan at the end of the Days of the football training campus. 

Mr. Mohammed Chaib, a member of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE), was sworn in Madrid on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, becoming the first Spanish deputy of Moroccan origin.

The Council of the Moroccan Community living Abroad (CCME) takes part to the exhibition " Morocco, in an instant" organized by Casa Arabe and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AECID) in Madrid, from June 7 to September 23, 2018, at the foundation. The Council of the Moroccan Community living Abroad (CCME) and the "Diwan" editions, in partnership with the cultural Association for Development Cooperation "Xenia", organize on Friday, May 25, 2018, a Moroccan-Spanish conference on " the weight of literature in the cultural harmony between Morocco and Spain "at the Eugenio Trías library during the Madrid Book Fair.

The Faculty of Law, Economic and Social Sciences in Rabat hosted a meeting organized in partnership with the Council of the Moroccan Community living Abroad (CCME) around the book :"The Legal Condition of Moroccans living abroad ", recently published by the CCME.

The Moroccan Diplomatic Club organized, Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, a conference on the theme "diplomacy of civil society and the economic actor facing challenges".
